2017 EL Caporal
El Caporal (The Foreman) is the term used for the person in charge of a group of cowboys who care for livestock of the haciendas. In honor Daniel Sanchez's father, this label was created, since it was his father who had this position at the farm where Daniel grew up.
Intense purple color with violet shades, clean and shiny. With aromatic notes of roasted coffee, black cherry and a hint of cacao. In palate it surrounds with soft tannins, balanced acidity with a long aftertaste.
