Vinification: "Blanc de Noir method" direct pressing after harvest to avoid extraction of color.
Method: Traditional metod (first fermentation in stainless steel tank, second fermentation in the bottle)
Ageing: 2 years on the lees previous to riddling in racks and classic disgorging.
