Tasting Notes:
Visual: Pink color with excellent gloss and fine elegant bubbles.
Nose: Tropical fruit aromas with floral notes.
Taste: Smooth and refreshing on the palate with elegant honey finish and creamy texture.

Recomended Pairing: Oysters, appertizers, and sweet desserts.

Grape Varietal: 100% Zinfandel

Alcohol: 12.5%

Vinification: White wine vinified from 100% Zinfandel grape by direct pressing. Second fermentation in the bottle as in the traditional method. Aged for minimal of 18 months on lees.
